PICT’s
Bachelor of Engineering Program in Information Technology commenced
from the academic year 2001-2002 with an intake capacity of 60
students. The current intake capacity has doubled to 120 students.
The Department has established a reputation for technical excellence.
It has well equiped Multimedia Laboratory, Operating System Laboratory
and Network Laboratory along with the programming and Project
Laboratories.
The T.E. I.T. student Hrishikesh Mantri stood
Third in University for S.E. (IT) Examination - Nov. 2005 , he got
1038/ 1500 marks.
